Contact the lab

Bring a traceable question, case, or discrepancy

The laboratory welcomes specific questions about generated descriptions of Thai businesses, brands, and places. A useful message includes the prompt, answer wording, visible citations, language, model, observation date, and enough context to identify the entity involved. Screenshots can help preserve how the case appeared. General requests for ranking guarantees or promotional placement fall outside the research scope.

Questions before writing

What does the laboratory study?

The team studies how AI search engines retrieve, cite, omit, identify, and misattribute Thai businesses, brands, and places. Its work concentrates on the relationship between a generated claim, the entity apparently found, and the public sources that may have shaped the answer.

What falls outside its work?

The laboratory does not promise rankings, placements, favourable recommendations, or control over model outputs. It also does not treat a single mention count as a complete visibility assessment.

How should the research materials be read?

Each material examines a recorded answer obtained under stated conditions. Readers should distinguish the saved observation from the laboratory's explanation of how it may have arisen, especially where the retrieval path remains partly inferred.

Can someone propose a case for investigation?

Yes. The strongest proposals include a reproducible prompt, the answer wording, visible citations or screenshots, the language and model used, the observation date, and a clear description of the suspected identity or attribution problem. Submission does not guarantee publication or a full investigation.

Does the laboratory answer individual requests?

The team reviews messages that contain a specific, researchable discrepancy. Depending on the available evidence, it may request missing material, provide a brief assessment, or indicate that the case fits a broader pattern already under study.

How long does a reply usually take?

Response times depend on the clarity of the question and the amount of source comparison required. Broad, incomplete, or promotional requests may not receive a detailed reply.

Which languages are used in the materials?

Thai and English are used according to the case under examination. Thai wording is preserved wherever names, prompts, categories, or source passages form part of the evidence. English translations are supplied when they help readers inspect the comparison.

Messages may concern a mistaken identity, unsupported category, incorrect branch, disputed location, misleading recommendation, or citation that appears unrelated to the claim it accompanies. Include the generated answer and its conditions wherever possible. The laboratory is less able to act on broad requests to improve visibility, secure inclusion, or influence rankings. Submissions are reviewed for research value, clarity, and whether the available evidence allows the question to be traced.
